It is highly recommended:

• Marinate your meat over night before cooking

• Let the meat rest on your counter top for 1 hour before cooking

• Sear the meat first; and then cook it to your taste

• 120 -125 : Rare

• 130 - 135 : Medium

• 140 - 145 : Well Cooked 

• (Check with your cooking thermometer at the center of the meat)

• All cuts of meat come raw uncooked

• All Beef is 14 days aged

• Kosher available upon request
